Design: We start from scratch, like any good recipe. Consultation meetings to determine the goals of the employer and how a benefit program can assist in achievement of these goals.

Implementation: Working with hundreds of Homecare agencies, we know the obstacles in communicating to Caregivers. Our benefit consultants will meet with employees to explain the benefit plans being offered and work with them to choose the best programs for themselves and their families.

Administration: This is the item that causes the majority of complaints. We can help your agency in this regard by assisting with HR compliance and ongoing monthly administration for the benefit plans.
